"G" Series
Range : 38 hp to 125 hp

Engine Features:

• Camshaft: Single camshaft, induction hardened controlling valve and injector timing
• Connecting Rod: Drop forged I beam section alloy steel
• Crankshaft: High tensile strength steel forged with induction hardened pins & journals for high fatigue resistance
• Cylinder Head: Individual Cylinder head, easier to replace & economical
• Crankcase: Deep Skirted Crankcase makes the engine more durable and can be used on varied applications
• Lubrication System: Built in lube oil pump provides pressurized lubrication
  • Lube oil cooler is inside the crankcase which results into lesser number of connections
• Cooling System: High speed, Gear driven, centrifugal water pump makes it a positive drive. Thermostat regulates the coolant temperature
  • G series offers Unique feature of in-built gear driven water pump which enables belt free water pump thus reducing maintenence
• Fan is mounted independent of water pump
• Cylinder Liner: Wet liners ensure ease of serviceability & dissipate heat faster than dry liners
• Fuel System: MICO A type fuel pump with P type injectors & governing with an option of Mechanical or Electronic governor
• Turbocharger: TEL turbocharger for better conversion of exhaust gas energy resulting in more power, better emission control & noise levels
