Casting of these components is done in grey cast iron of Grade-25 In such a way so as to achieve paralytic structure free from ferrite and graphitic (max up to 2-3%). They are cast by Shell Molding process and used for diesel engines, automobile engines ( two wheeler, three wheeler engines, all European engines and high power diesel engines).

The casting of these blocks/barrels are machined in the machine shop equipped with precision CNC turning center, hydraulically operated NC controlled honing machines, The hardness of the cylinder barrels varies from 180-220 BHN (85-98 HRB) strictly as per international AE standard. The usage of hardened liners with plateau finish improves the engine life, lowers lube oil consumption and improves fuel efficiency.

Manufactured by the " Centrifugal Cast Process", we offer premium quality wet cylinder liners/sleeves that have bearing metal qualities. They have structure that are readily wetted by oil and retain an oil film. Featured with corrosion resistance, our deigned wet cylinder liners have long working life.

Made through centrifugal casting process, the molten is poured into a metal mould or die, which is revolving at a high speed. The centrifugal force causes the metal to distribute itself evenly around the die. A further important advantage is that the impurities, being lighter than the iron, are forced centrifugally to the bore surface from which they are removed by machining.

Further machining is done by high class finishing, sizing machines to meet the IS standard.

Cylinder heads are manufactured having zero defect programs as an essential element for development and growth.

Cylinder heads are tested in a unique submersible pressure-testing tank which check for all hidden cracks, imperfections & leakages. Cylinder heads are vigorously cleaned of any debris remaining from the machining process. Inlet and exhaust ports are vacuum tested to ensure valve face to seat sealing surfaces are matted for maximum compression. In order to ensure proper protection, all cylinder heads are taken through regressive packing. They are treated with rust proof non-drying type oil wrapped in polythene, packed in wooden cases/cartoons. The goods are then labeled for easy identification.
