Greenesol Power Systems Pvt Ltd (GPSPL) is a one stop shop for setting up of power plants, started in the year 2003 under Co-operation agreement with M/s. Hangzhou Steam Turbine Company for marketing, project execution, erection and commissioning, after-sale service sales of Turbo generators, later in 2006 entered in to a Joint Venture agreement with HTC having 37 % equity participation and 63% by GPSPL. On the successful association with Hangzhou Steam Turbine, China (HTC), GPSPL has now take a step forward and are offering Boilers, Electro Static Precipitators (ESP) , Distributed Control System (DCS), Air Cooled Condensers (ACC) and Transformers with a business understand with various reputed Chinese manufacturers. GPSPL growth in the power sector is mainly due to its commitment to the customs and with systemised working and a full-size setup in India providing a comfort factor to its customers. Understanding the requirement of the client and ensures on time delivery of machinery to site by tracking the progress of manufacturing of equipment and arrange required port clearances and transportation to plant site and hiring of contactors for timely installation of the TG set. A strong engineering and projects team is in place to backup the entire process. There is continued relationship with the customer by providing yearly maintenance / service, any trouble shooting and in supply of spare parts, leading to 100% growth year on year from 2003; with over 50 commissioned projects and about 50 project under commissioning accounting to a total of 2500MW. GPSPL is headed by its Chairman and Managing Director Mr. JSR Prasad and the day to day operations are managed by Chief Executive Officer Mr. Shridhar Nambi.. GPSPL¿s registered office is at Hyderabad, Corporate office in Bangalore and branch office at Chennai. A full fledge set-up comprising of Mechanical and Electrical Systems Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, Erection and Commissioning and after sales management, Administration & Finance, Documentation and Marketing teams comprising a total strength of over 150 engineers & executives.
