Each and every ring passe through stringent tests of hardness, tension, light pass control and sizing by hard guages, before reaching to the customer. This provides proper hardness compatible to cylinder liners and blocks, perfect tensile strength, perfect circularity and distortionless dimensions and thus resulting in better pick up, quick seating, smooth running and optimal usage of fuel and oil.

Alloy steel is used to manufacture piston pin. They are manufactured for a wide range from dia 28mm to 58mm with applications in automobiles, tractors, diesel and industrial engines, air & gas compressors.

Liners & Sleeves are available in sand casting & centrifugal casting and are manufactured as per the need of buyers. Sleeves are available in semi finished and full finished sizes. The hardness is maintained between 90 to 95 HRB. They are used in automobiles, tractors, industrial and diesel engines.

Cylinder Blocks are made of C.I. Casting and shell moulding. The cross-line boring is performed on each piece to achieve virtually distortionless innerbore. The hardness is maintained between 90 to 95 HRB. The manufacturing range vary from 50mm to 225mm and are applicable in air compressors, industrial engines and tractors.

Cam Bushes are made from white metal (backed by MS Strip), gunmetal and bimetal (copper lead). The company manufactures a wide range of Cam Bushes that are applicable in automobiles and tractors.

GRINDLAYS has successfully pioneered the manufacturing of white metal bushes in the country. The company has always emphasized on excellent properties of white metal that include: better oil retention, softness and its ability to wear off itself and save the expensive cam on sudden beakdowns of the engine.

The connecting rod bushes have lining composition of CuPb10Sn10 (similar to SAE797/Glyco66/VP10/HF2/F100) which has excellent shock and load carrying capacities. These are used in automobiles and tractors both indigenous and foreign.

Intake and Exhaust Valves are made from high grade valve steel series- EN18D, EN24, EN52,EN54, EN59(214N) (Non-Magnetic/Bimetal) with varied hardness from 20HRC to 50HRC. Engine Valves are also made with chrome plating and have applications in automobiles, tractors, industrial & diesel engines, generators and two wheelers.

Chrome alloy steel with high wear resistance is used to make valve seat inserts. These are suitable for use in light alloy aluminium and cast iron cylinder heads. Its hardness is maintained as per the OE standards. Valve seat inserts are available for automobiles, tractors, industrial and diesel engines.

Valve Guides are made from grey cast iron alloy with high phosphorous content to provide high wear resistance. They are also made from brass as per the clients' demand. They are made for automobiles, tractors, industrial & diesel engines.

High quality synthetic rubber with special additives is used to produce oil seal and offer long life and perfect sealing. Oil Seal are used for automobiles, tractors, industrial & diesel engines, air & gas compressions.
