These valves are manufactured using super grade valve steel series - EN18D, EN24, EN52, EN54, EN59(214N) (Non-Magnetic/Bimetal). These valves are available in different dimensions ranging from 20HRC to 50HRC as per the material used and the application of the valve.

Normally, our intake valves are manufactured from high quality alloy steel, as these valves are not exposed to the corrosive action of the hot exhaust gases. Consequentially, these intake valves provide the users long time hassle free service. For manufacturing exhaust valves, we use chromium silicon, which makes them resist to corrosion due to high temperature and hot gases.

In order to meet with industrial quality standards, we manufacture these truck liners & sleeves from sand casting and centrifugal casting, which enables us to maintain the uniform hardness all over, that is between 90 HRB to 95 HRB. Apart from this, we also keep into consideration various factors including distortion-less bore and low thermal expansion to meet with the requirements of our clients.

These truck liners & sleeves are available in semi finished as well as full finished sizes. Cross honing is done on the full finished products to make the inner bore distortion-less. The inner bores are cross honned to provide maximum smoothness to the surface, that in turn reduces friction, when this inner bore is contacted with Piston Rings.

We offer a broad collection of immaculate quality GRINDLAYS connecting rod bushes, which are extensively used in both indigenous and foreign automobiles and tractors. While manufacturing these connecting rod bushes (Bimetal/ Copper-Lead Bushes), we have used finest quality of carbon steel (grade SAE 1010), that helps in smooth fitments of the bush into the connecting rod. Further, our lining composition is CuPb10Sn10 (similar to SAE797/Glyco66/VP10/HF2/F100), that possesses superb shock and load carrying capacities even under the extreme working conditions like poor lubrication.
