We machine the shafts individually to customer specifications

at short notice. Options include female threads in the shaft end

faces, undercuts for retaining rings, journals, threaded journals,

flats, and annealed ends for downstream processing. Customer-

specific requests can also be met. Shafts in mill lengths for

individual machining are available in addition. Precision steel

shafts are used in numerous machinery and general automation

applications. They are also ideal for use as axles, pistons or

rollers.

Precision steel shafts are available in various tolerances as

solid shafts or hollow shafts, made of heat-treatment steel,

stainless steel or with hard chrome plating. delivers precision

steel shafts which are cut to size and chamfered at both ends

to suit your wishes or which are machined in accordance with

your drawings or descriptions.

Supporting the trend to the miniaturization of conveying

and automation systems with miniaturized configurations.

The range includes e.g. compact motion elements with

17 and 23 mm outer diameter.

The ball transfer unit with sheet steel housing is the

smallest ball transfer unit. it is a versatile

solution for various applications.

Matching nut housings and end bearing arrangements are

Ball transfer units allow unit loads to be pushed,

turned and steered with ease. They have been

fully tried and tested as key modules of conveyor

and feed systems, machining units and packing lines

Tolerance rings made of hard, embossed spring

band steel are frictionallocking connection elements.

tolerance rings allow components to be connected quickly

and cost-effectively. They replace elaborate positive locking

feather-key, pin, spline or screw-in connections, and help

avoid expensive machining work.

The BNS wide ball runner block with matching rail offers a very

high torsional load moment and very high torsional rigidities. This

makes it ideal for use as a single rail system. It is preferred

wherever a high torque load capacity is required.
