| Absorption With NeutralizationThe Chlorine Gas Leakage Detection Absorption Neutralization System is a safety device which reduces the risk the risk of chlorine gas spreading into atmosphere. It automatically controls and absorbs heavy leaks from 100 kg or from 900 kg ton containers to absorb in caustic solution, thus creating hypo chlorine that can be reused or to be used as a cleaning agent. The neutralizing system consists of a blower, absorption tower packed with rasching rings, an alkali (NaOH) tank, alkali circulation pump, piping valves and light weight FRP and PVC duct. In case of an uncontrollable leak, this system allows the person to breathe easily instead of panic. The leak is confined by the hood, which covers the container, sucks the chlorine by blower and thus delivering it to the absorption tower.
