Servo Stabilizers

GSA Servo Voltage Stabilizers are manufactured as per IS:9815. These stabilizers are mainly to protect the Electronic equipments which are Affected by the fluctuation in the input mains supply. In some cases the equipments do not operate when they are not used at the specified voltage. The importance of the use of servo voltage stabilizer (single and three phases) with sensitive electronic & electrical equipment. It Saves the life of costlier appliances, CNC machines, electrical equipment, motors lab equipment, Medical Equipment etc. by connecting AC voltage which is not stabilized, and dips at one point of time and at other point of time rises to very high value. The principle of operation of Servo Stabilizer involves comparing the output voltage with built in stable reference voltage source. These stabilizers come with the following features:

• High speed of voltage correction
• No problem of load power factor
• Over load capacity for short time

Constant Voltage Transformer (CVT)

GSA Constant Voltage Transformer (CVT) work on Ferro Resonant Principle. Units have built in harmonic filter to provide a sine wave output. Beacuse the high isolation between Input & output CVT provides protection against transient spikes an harmonics and also there is no-shock problem in case of leakage in the equipment being run on Constant Voltage Transformer (CVT).

3 Phase Control Transformers

Transformers are basically used for the purpose of converting alternate current from one voltage to another. Transformers could either be step up or step down voltage. Under usual operating conditions, a transformer is a low continuance, long lasting static solid state device with actually no moving parts. In the most unsophisticated terms, it includes 2 or more coils of insulated wire that are wound on a laminated steel core. When the prime coil receives the incoming voltage, the iron core is magnetized and that induces the voltage in the secondary coil. The actual voltage ratio between prime and secondary coils depends up on the turn ration of both the coils.

Control transformers incorporate high-quality insulating materials. This insulation is used to electrically insulate turn to turn windings, layer to layer windings, primary to secondary windings and ground. Control transformers are vacuum impregnated with VT polyester resin and oven-cured, which seals the surface and eliminates moisture. Filling the entire unit provides a strong mechanical bond and offers protection from the environment. These transformers are earth sealed between Primary and Secondary. They also have tappings on the input side to facilitate selection according to site voltage.

Control transformers are available in single phase and three phase transfomers available in air cooled and oil cooled type. We offer control transformers from. 5 VA- 30 KVA.
