This
exercise helps the participants realize the power and potential of
their teams through experiential learning.

Participants
undertake an ‘adventure camp’ to one of our many identified
locations across India wherein they participate in various activities
as designated teams. Participants are then put into different crisis
situations where they have to come out working as a team. These
experiences help them and their team to step outside their comfort
zone. Not only do they have fun, they also learn the critical success
factors for high-performing teams in the process.

The
importance of teamwork, communication, planning, and delegation get
highlighted automatically during this process. The consequences of
every wrong action are immediately faced by the participants and
similarly the fruits of right actions are also immediately savored by
them. Trained facilitators help them relate the fantastic and
fulfilled experiences to their real work place experiences.
