Our Facility

Computer Aided Design

We use Computer aided design enable our design engineers to produce all dies and toolings to the greater accuracy and speed. Die manufacturing methods by incorporating feed back from extrusion die correctors reports. We give special attention to minimize corrections and to get maximum yield with in the specified weight range.

Cutting

HIgh quality microdised H13 Hot Diseteel will be loaded to band saw machine to cut as per programme.

Turning

Blanks are turned in CNC lathe machine to meet the accurecy as per the drawing.

Milling

Miner fininshing operations are made in conventional milling machine.
