Lightly resin bonded rockwool mattresses (lrb) faced on one side with galvanized wire-mesh for thermal insulation. Excellent thermal, acoustic and fire insulation.

Standards :
Rockwool mattresses conform to bs-3958 part-3 and is-8183.
density 100kgs / m3 - 150kgs / m3
thickness 25mm - 100mm.

Facings :
Mattresses can be supplied faced with g. I. /s. S wire mesh of varying specifications. Other facing can be supplied to specific requirements .

Application :
Can be used in steam pipeline, boiler, reactor, tank , vessels etc.

Service temperature :
Range (-) 200 degree c to (+) 750 degree c.

PRODUCT :
Preformed Rockwool rigid Pipe Section.

STANDARDS :
Pipe section conform to BS-3958 part 4, ASTM C-547 and IS -9842.

DIMENSIONS :
Size : ½” – 14”

THICKNESS :
25mm  -  100mm

FACINGS :
Pipe Section can be supplied faced with fibre glass tissue, Scrim cloth, Canvas and reinforced alluminium foil/craft paper laminates. Other Finishes available against specific requirements.

Nominal 144kg./m3 when tested as per IS-3144
