Our quality controllers conduct regular tests on the products to make sure that they are as per highest quality standards. The various quality attributes are measured at parts per million (ppm) levels.

For us, the safety of people, plants and products is as important as our business goals of production, productivity and profits. Hence, we have undertaken a number of measures that ensure that all our workers, work in an environment that is conductive to their health and safety. With the help of our GOL Parivar, we ensure good housekeeping through 5S techniques resulting in a safe and healthy workplace. Such a strong focus on safety has helped us in achieving a zero accident record of more than 700 days in succession.

Being a conscientious organization, Corporate Social Responsibility forms the core of our philosophy. We undertake social development work on regular basis. All our employees, along with the management team, come together in carrying out several projects for the under privileged as well as the environment, and help to make the world a better place for everyone. Few of activities undertaken by us as a part of CSR, are:

• Social activities were conducted by a local NGO, along with villagers, for the empowerment of widows, and help them earn a respectable livelihood by providing them with vocational training. Also, they were provided with financial & individual support to boost their morale
• Set up a blood donation camp and provided financial support for the flood affected in Surat (Gujarat) in 2006, with the coordination of the Red Cross Blood Bank
• Through rainwater harvesting techniques, the company saves approximately 5 lakh liters of water per annum

We have developed spacious and highly developed manufacturing plants which are equipped with the most modern and sophisticated machines and instruments that enable us to carry our manufacturing process in a smooth and timely fashion to fulfill even the bulk and complex orders in a timely fashion. The various automatic and semiautomatic production machines used by us at the unit are manned by our production experts who ensure that the process is carried out in the most optimal manner. The plant has been planned in a very systematic manner and built at per principles of modern construction. We utilize highly efficient production lines that ensure that we can maintain quality packaging at an efficient speed. The plant is about located in Ankleshwar, Gujarat which is about 300 kms. away from Mumbai, off the main National Highway and is directly connected through rail, road, very near to port, domestic and international airport.

We are continuously trying to improve our product range and enhance the quality of the current products offered by us. This has motivated us to establish our own independent R&D laboratory which is managed by our team of highly experienced and qualified Scientists and Technologists. In the pursuit of technological excellence, we conducts a number of tests in the unit that focus on measuring effectiveness of parabens and their formulations as biocides, in various applications in food, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. We are also engaged in the field of Nano-Technology to enhance the effectiveness and catalytic performance capabilities of our biocides, namely parabens. Our R&D unit is recognized by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, New Delhi.
