Ferric red is the micro-mineral for mineral haematite, which consists essential anhydrous ferric oxide. Ferric red - supreme grade yields reproducible brown red (light red) pigments that are non-toxic, non-bleeding and relatively inert. Ferric Red is characterised ensures permanence in colour, excellent light fastness and opacity to ultra violet light. Ferric red can be heavily loaded due to its density and can be used in either 01 or water media, if produces hard imperious paint films that resist weathering.
