Grades: FSSW

Brite is the micro-minerals for natural barium sulphate products. It is naturally occurring in barium sulphate. Barytes is a relatively soft and inert mineral with a high specific gravity.

Brite - E.S.S.W. grade a highly refined chemical having ultrafine particle size distribution. The important feature of this grade is that it has been hand sorted and washed to remove any impurities and to give it that extra whiteness. Hence, the grade is called extra super snow white. Brite E.S.S.W. has a lower all absorption imparting better flow properties to paints and holds less of matting effect in top coats. The high brightness and purity makes Brite E.S.S.W. circe excellent alternative to precipitated barium sulphate blanc fide.

Brite - Special-off-colour glade is manufactured using specially selected off colour barytes lumps. Hence, it is called special off-colour. A particular feature of this grade is its low carbonate content making it an ideal filler for products such as automotive paints and coatings used in a corrosive atmosphere.

Calco is the micro-mineral for crystalline calcium carbonates from high quality deposits. Grade: Cal clay, Top clay, White clay and Super clay

Clay-o-lin is high performance china clay product from micro minerals. It is composed using hydrated aluminium silicate. It is white and soft plastic clay mainly composed of fine grained platy kaolin.

Clay-o-lin - Cal clay is refined kaolin, which is grained and calcined at 1100 C in a fine manner. The major advantages of clay-o-lin-cal clay are its excellent brightness, low specific gravity and enhanced light scattering power, thus enabling substitution for titanium dioxide pigment in paper and paints.

Clay-o-lin - Top clay is lavigated (water-washed) clay consisting fine-grained platy kaolinite mineral. Clay-o-lin-top clay's prime virtues are its inert over a wide pH range, which has good brightness, increased viscosity, superior weathering quality and opacity.

Clay-o-lin - White clay is manufactured using selected raw clay sorted under close quality control. The distinct feature of clay-o-lin white clay is the degree of crystallinity, which influences its brightness and whiteness. Additionally, it provides higher gloss, improved opacity, rheology control and greater film strength.

Clay-o-lin - Super clay is naturally refined soft plastic clay with fine particle size. Clay-o-lin-super clay's superfine particle size offers ease of dispersion and higher gloss for both aqueous and solvent systems. It offers rheological improvement, higher hiding power and extend expensive pigments such as titanium dioxide, hence a cost-effective performance extender.

Grade: Deluxe

Dolca is a micro mineral for dolomite products ensuring high purity and whiteness. Chemically, dolomite is a double carbonate of calcium and magnetism and exhibits a granular structure. Dolca - deluxe has precise particle size distribution, high natural whiteness and is noted for their ease of dispersion. Dolca - deluxe use has proven value as its use improves properties such as weatherability, reduced shrinkage, fissure development and water absorption.

Processed Mica

Grades: Muscovite

Mica is the micro-mineral for mica product, a hydrous silicate at potassium and aluminium. Myca is characterised by its perfect cleavage and even when micronized, the platy particle shape is maintained.

Myca - Muscovite with its typical lamellar particle structure is primarily useful wherever a high rate of resistance against chemicals, heat and ultra violet light is required. Hence, is ideal for external paint and anti-corrosion paints such as marine paint. It promotes a matte finish and acts as an anti-cracking agent as well as helps to control paint flaw and enhances scrub resistance.

Processed pyrophyllite

Pyrox is the micro-mineral used for high grade hydrous aluminium silicate. Pyrox- vylite grades distinct characteristics that are high brightness, absorbent, non- abrasive inert and low electrical conductivity. Pyrox vylite exhibits excellent properties as an extender pigment and its micaceous structure helps to control mud cracking of texture paints.

Processed silica

Grades: Standard plus

Siliqua is the micro mineral used for natural silicon dioxide. It has natural crystalline structure and has excellent whiteness and brightness. Siliqua – standard plus grade is refined super snow white crystalline quartz having hi-purity silicon dioxide free from iron contents. Siliqua - standardplus being chemically inert and resilient improves abrasion and scrub resistance. It imparts required consistency, matting effect and thixotropy to the paints. It is also beneficial in reducing blistering.

Processed talc

Chemical formula: Mg3Si4O10(OH)2

Grades: Pearlex, finex and whitex

Talcem is the micro-mineral used for selected and powdered mineral talc consisting of natural hydrated magnesium silicate. Talc is soft, non abrasive, inert and can be grinded easily to a white bright micronized powder.

Talcem - Pearlex grade is high brightness micronized powder with platy structure, which provides good water and moisture resistance to paint film. It also imparts structural strength, viscosity and hiding power when used as an extender in paints.

Talcem- Finex grade is white bright micronized powder with high purity and distinct characteristics such as corrosion and weathering resistance and its high oil absorption capabilities (organophilic hydrophobic).

Talcem - Whitex grade is soft, non-abrasive inert white powder, which provides stability, smoothness, film strength and durability to paints.

Vitex is the micro-mineral for natural carbonate products. Vitex – vite plus grade has high brightness and strong crystalline structure, which provides good weatherability and dispersibility. Vitex - vite grade is an amorphous calcium carbonate with natural binding properties and gives excellent suspending power in coatings.
