Composite Barrels are manufactured from CRCA Coil / Sheet with HM-HDPE Liner inside. These Barrels are specially used for export purpose for safe trans-shipment of high value / hazardous / highly corrosive products.

Size : 100 to 210 Liters,  Thickness : 20 G to 16 G

Epoxy ( Lacquered ) Barrels are coated from inside with Pesticide Grade / Phenolic Grade / Food Grade Epoxy Lacquer. These are then oven baked in oil fired/ electric oven with a min to max temperature range from 210' to 230' as per customer requirements / applications. Further they are painted with high quality paint with advanced painting techniques.

Galvanized Barrels are Zinc Electroplated from inside and outside with zinc coating ranging form 10 to 40 microns as per customer requirements. These are specially used for filling products such as aromatics & highly hazardous material.

M.S. Plain Barrels are manufactured from 16 gauges to 20 gauges from fresh CRCA Sheet / Coil. The top will be provided with two screw type Trisure Bungs having 20 mm & 50 mm diameter each & the cap of the bung is provided with a gasket of PP / Rubber / HDPE as per customer requirement. Further they are painted with high quality paint with advanced painting techniques.

NRV Barrels - These Barrels have been developed by our R&D team for a specific purpose & use of our customer. These Barrels have special gadgets installed on the top of the Barrels like non-return valves & pressure gauge to control & indicate the pressure within the Barrels.

These barrels are manufactured as per ISI standard on any of the above said barrel type. They are also utilized by companies manufacturing products in the form of semi solids and powders.

All Side Welded Barrels are supplied for highly hazardous chemicals and high value products. The general specifications remain the same. However, top & bottom side of the barrels are welded in addition to seaming operation which is done for standard barrels.
