Direction to use:
  • Take 3-4 spoons of cooking oil in a pan and heat it for one minute.
  • Mix this Lotus Egg curry masala in the pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Cut three boiled eggs in two pieces and put the cut pieces of egg into the mixture
  • Add some water into pan to make egg curry gravy and cook this gravy for 5-7 minutes.
  • Your delicious Egg curry dish is ready to serve, garnish this dish with some coriander leave. 
  • Do not add salt into this preparation.

Direction to use (For 50 gm):
  • To prepare Biriyani, soak 500g rice in water for 15 minutes. Take a vessel; put some oil\ghee\butter in the vessel.
  • Heat the oil on low flame and fry 150g chopped onion and 150g chopped tomato mixing all the time until paste is formed.Add this Lotus Biriyani Masala in the paste.
  • Then add 50g mutton\chicken\vegetables and mix it with the paste and then add the soaked rice.
  • Add water as required and cook well on high\low flame for 20-25 minutes. Flavoured Biryani is ready to serve.
  • Add some garnishing with coriander leaves, cashew nuts, Kismiss etc. and squeeze some lime drops on it.
  • Do not add salt or other masala.

  • Heat oil in a fry pan until hot, fry chicken on a medium heat and stir occasionally for even frying.
  • Take oil into another pan and heat it for seasoning, fry cumin, curry leaves, chillies and garlic. 
  • Add fried chicken, keep stirring to prevent burning chicken and fry on medium flame till the raw smell goes off.
  • Delicious, juicy chicken starter is ready, serve with onion wedges.
  • Add some garnishing with coriander leaves and squeeze some lime drops on it.
