Gumpro Filtech was started in the year 2003 with view of forward integration to the present business. The company saw an opportunity in the filtration business to meet the growing requiremtn of the industry.
The company developed the indigineous technology in-house and developed the filteration unit. Filter are designed as per ASME Sec VII Div I and made in stainless steel 316 grade. Presently the company owns 6 sets of twin pod cartridge filter and bag filter units.
The company has highly trained man power to operate the units. Every filtration engineer of the company is trained for brine preparation, turbidity check, trouble shooting of the units including repair of the valves which ensure uninterrupted unit operation at remote locations. It is mandatory that all the engineershave a valid license for HUET, Sea Survival, Fire Fighting and First Aid.
The companny has tied up with the manufacturers of the polyproplene pleated cartridges and bags to toll manufacture as per company's specifications under strict quality control. The company has established an in-house Q.C. check prodeure for the cartridge and the bags.
Gumpro is fully geared up for the dispatch of the chemicals, in powder and in liquid form, as per the international packing standards. We also custom pack the material as per individual customer's requirement. Our general pickings are in 25kgs / 50 lbs paper bags 3 ply, or in 55 gal M.S. Drums on 42" x 42 " pallets, material is w/s/p and stuffed in 20ft containers.

Gumpro regulary conducts mud schools for field personnel. Mud courses are available for mud engineers, drilling engineers and other personnel associated with drilling activity. The company is also conducting a special course for finance, administrative, logistics and commercial personnel.
