A drum blancher that is substantially sealed during operation to increase food product heating speed and efficiency. The blancher has a sealed housing, a novel substantially sealed food product inlet, and a novel substantially sealed food product outlet. A heat transfer medium, such as water or only steam, is introduced into the blancher to heat the food product inside the blancher. During operation, food products are substantially continuously introduced into the blancher through the food product inlet, processed by the blancher, and thereafter discharged from the blancher through the food product outlet. As a result, a greater amount of food products can be more quickly heated to a desired temperature using a blancher of this invention as compared to a blancher that is not sealed.

We manufacture an excellent quality ribbon blender. It is basically used to mix powders & semi-wet materials with different densities; in a homogeneous and fast manner. Success of the product is mainly due to its helical ribbon agitator design. A simple versatile mixer, which can also mix semi-wet material, our machinery is used in the food, mineral, pharmaceutical, paint & chemical industries.

We also manufacture ginger washing machine of superior quality. We use stainless steel to produce mixer. Adequate measures are taken to maintain hygiene of the machinery. In addition to the customized products we also offer other food processing machinery.

We offer fruit mill, which is high on performance and highly efficient. Our fruit mills are fabricated from high grade stainless steel. These fruit mills are used for crushing of fruits to extract juice and pulp of fruits like mango, papaya, tomato, etc. Our fruit mills are available in the capacity range of 0.5 ton/hr to 2 ton/hr.
