Leveraging on our well built infrastructure, we have developed a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit to undertake the manufacturing of our wide range of electrical equipment and devices. Our manufacturing unit is spread over a sprawling area of 2000 sq. ft with an installed capacity of 200 units. The entire manufacturing units is segregated into various sections such as fabrication shop, assembly shop, general machine shop and others to streamlining the manufacturing process and meet the large scale consignment in a stipulated time frame. Moreover we also have two other departments that include:
This department is equipped with in-house designing facilities and also undertakes the research and development to enhance the performance of our devices and equipment.
This department particularly takes care of all the control panels manufactured by us and checks them for quality whether they are at par with the IS standards or not.
We thoroughly maintain the inflow order of raw material, storing, testing, manufacturing, assembling, final inspecting, finishing and dispatching so that the quality procedures at every stage are implemented without loosing the efficiency and production.

Further, we have a separate in-house designing unit facilitated with CAD/CAM which helps to enhance the equipment on designing and upgrading part.
