We are providing twin lobe rotary air compressors (Inlet 4") that finds extensive application in sugar mills, ice factories, water treatment plants, cement factories and sewerage treatment plants. These twin lobe rotary air compressors are manufactured using quality heavy duty close grained cast iron that gives vibration-free performance. Equipped with alloy steel and precision-cut gears, these GNEC twin lobe rotary air compressors are in conformation to BS-1571 standards. The Twin Lobe Rotary Compressor (Inlet 4") offered by us also has two lobes, which rotate in opposite direction within the compressor. This ensures that that each traps between the lobes and the cylinder in a known volume of air, which carries and forces it out positively from the discharged opening. We provide twin lobe rotary air compressors (Inlet 2 1/2") that is manufactured using quality raw material. These GNEC lobe rotary compressors does not need any internal lubrication, water or sealing liquid for functioning. This is because of internal clearance being very small. Further, the air supplied by the compressors does no have oil vapors or moisture. These compressors can also operate using various drives, which includes flat belt, multiple V-belt, flexible couplings, variable speed drives, gasoline engine and turbines. The twin lobe rotary air compressors are manufactured for maximum pressure differential relief valves. This are used to prevent overload if the resistance become excessive, if valves are closed before speed is reduced or the compressors is stopped.
