We are offering our clients with a quality range of fabric reversing machines that are used to reverse the knitted fabrics in tube form from before and after dyeing & raising. These machines are well known for their easy operation and even an untrained worker can operate them. Fabric reversing machine facilitates reversing of a roll weighing 20 Kg. of knitted fabric in 50 seconds only.

Functioning:

Process starts by foot stepping the paddle, the blower starts. Manually put the fabric on outer surface of the pipe, the roll starts opening and the fabric collects on the pipe. Five to six rolls collects on the pipe, and then by other foot stepping the paddle, and inserting the fabric end manually on the mouth of the pipe, the flow of air sucks the entire fabric in and reverse it.

We provide a wide range of balloon squeezer machines that are used to open, untangle, extract, stretch and well compact knitted fabric continuously in a single operation. These machines solve the problem of creases and wrinkles caused by dewatering of knitted fabrics with a traditional hydro extractor. We offer a wide range of compactor machines that is specially designed for compacting 100% cotton knitted fabric such as jersey, piquet, interlock, plush, rib and sinker. In addition, these machines also ensure changing the loft and dimensional stability of the fabric and presenting it to plaited form. Compactor machines are fitted with two felt compacting units that ensure quality fabric, with minimized shrinkage nature and a soft fluffy hand. These machines also have a magnetic & motorized stretcher that keeps the width of the tabular fabric constant and helps in obtaining the desired overfeed. The fabric is transported to the first felt by opening and stretching the fabric to a variable extent that can be controlled by the operator panel. Further these machines are available with optical censors that detect holes in the fabric. Compactor machines have a safety device that ensures that the lances are in the proper position. Our range has a built-in double vaporizer tank that moistens the fabric on either side for easing the spreading out of the fabric before the calendaring process is performed.
