Liquid filters are mainly classified into two types, Bag Filters and Cartridge Filters. Bag Filters are used where large volumes of liquids are to be filtered containing low levels of solids. Filter Bags are made up of a variety of fabrics like polyester, poly propylene, Aramids, PTFE, Nylon, SS in woven and non woven construction and mixed felts and are chosen based on compatibility with the liquids to be filtered.

Cartridge Filters in configurations of Spun, Wound and Pleated are available.  Pleated Cartridges give long life as they have very large filtration area. Filtration from 0.5 microns to 100 microns and lengths upto 40” (Even 50” in some configurations available). We offer filter housings for bag as well as cartridge filters in PP, CS, SS 304, SS 316, SS 316L and FRVE. Larger filter housings have built in davits for easy opening for change of filter elements,  cartridges or bags.

Use of compressed air as a source of energy is increasing day by day to safety and ease of use. At the same time, it is becoming imperative that the compressed air is clean and oil and odor free. We offer a wide range of filters for this application. We have pre-filters, also known as compressed air filters using Sintered Bronze, Porous Plastic or Ceramic filter element, Fine Filter using boro-silicate fibre glass down to 0.01 micron and less than 0.01 ppm of oil carry over and Activated Carbon filter for odor and vapor removal for less than 0.001 ppm of oil carry over. We specialize in compressed air with very low pressure drops hence saving energy for our customers.

The smaller size filters are available in Aluminum housings while for larger flows the housings can be Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel. The pressure vessels are built to ASME standards and we can offer coded vessels also if required.

SS 304/ SS 316 and SS 316 L single element and multi elements filter housings with tri-clover body and end connections with a wide range of process filter cartridges like PP Spun, Sintered SS and SS woven and non woven construction. The process filter cartridges are polished for mirror finish internally and externally. Electro polished finishing is also offered as optional.

We manufacture dust collector systems that includes dust collecter filter bag houses and also supply filter bags made from different non woven felts and woven materials sourced from leading media suppliers. We offer 'Nirmal' transformer oil filters and conditioning machines. These transformer oil filter machines remove solid impurities, dissolved water and gases and improves Break Down Voltage. The range of models includes medium high vacuum, high vacuum and ultra high vacuum. these machines can be skid mounted or trolley and truck mounted. Apart from filtration machines, we can also offer solutions for newer applications like transformer oil filtration & regeneration, mineral insulating oils filtration and regeneration and lubricating oil filtration and regeneration. Industry needs of getting cleaner gases for their process has made us develop a range of gas filters for this application. Starting from simple conical strainers and going on to more sophisticated media like borosilicate fibre glass reduces contaminants of particulates as well oil vapor carry over. The gas filters are made for low pressure drop applications by increasing filtration area by pleating. We also offer suitable filter housings compatible with the gas.

This is our new division dealing with industrial vaporizers for Nitrogen, Oxygen, Argon, Carbon Di Oxide, Methane, Ethylene, Liquified Natural Gas (LNG). Other products include LNG Liquefaction Plants, SF6 Gas Recycling plants.

Our principals are manufactures of a diversified line of cryogenic vaporizing systems that can employ any available heat source, produces equipment systems for vaporizing LNG. These systems, complete with controls, use natural gas, ambient air, water, or steam as energy sources. The industrial vaporizers are designed for either stationary single site applications or as portable systems to be transported from site to site on available trailer or other mobile methods. Ambient Air Vaporizers for LNG Service: These units are available as either natural draft vaporizers (the most common type) or as forced draft vaporizers. A wide range of capacities and a wide variety of models are available, depending on the application required. Both high-pressure (typically 3,000 psig to 6,000 psig) and low-pressure (typically 250 psig to 750 psig) units are available. Portable natural draft ambient air modules for trailer mounting are available as well as units for stationary applications.

LNG Liquefaction Plants

Modular, skid-mounted nitrogen cycle LNG liquefaction plants, as well as expander plants for LNG production using pipeline pressure-let-down, LNG boil-off recovery systems, and nitrogen rejection units.

Typical plant capacities available:

• The nitrogen expander cycle plants: 5000 gpd to 60,000 gpd of LNG
• The expander plants using pipeline pressure-let-down have no particular maximum set capacity limit. Minimum capacity is 10,000 gpd.
• The boil-off recovery systems have no particular set capacity limits
• The nitrogen rejection units: approximately 30,000,000 scfd of feed gas

Significant features favoring the nitrogen expander cycle for small LNG plants includes:

• Simplified low temperature refrigeration system
• Ease of operation
• No rotational equipment necessary in the Hydrocarbon stream
• Enhanced reliability associated with use of standard centrifugal components
• Capable of reducing storage boil off losses
• Safe, environmentally friendly, inert low temperature refrigerant

We are able to provide the appropriate gas recycling technology without compromise or lack of performance due to manufacturing limitations. Standard equipment offers, oil and moisture free designs utilizing both high pressure, direct liquefaction and low pressure with assisted cooling liquefaction.
