| Wire-wound Rheostats, Hand Sliding Type Our clients can avail from us high-grade Wire-wound Rheostats, Hand Sliding Type, which are manufactured using optimum quality raw material and latest technology machines. Some of the components of our products are as follows: Guide Rod : this is made of solid driven brass rod, which is bright chrome plated squire.
Winding Wires : Eureka wire is used for low value and nichrom wire 80/20 grade is used for higher value. Temperature rise : 200oC above ambient temperature.
End supports : Aluminum brackets are painted.
Terminals : Chrome plated brass nuts and screws one at each end of Leaneer Type Wire-Wound Resistor and the third one at both ends of the guide rod.
All the electrical connectors are made out of chrome plated brass material. |

Dynamic Braking Resistors We are manufacturing quality Dynamic Breaking Resistor, also known as “ROHMS”, which is an 'SS' type resistor. These are manufactured using stainless steel (AISI 304). In order to alter the resistance value between each step there is a tapping at each grid. The required grids are put in the series to get the desired ohmic value. Assembly has mica insulated steel rods with mica washers, which forms a stack. This stack can be mounted on a panel or steel rod is bolted on both the sides. Our products have high terminal capacity grooved ceramic former, open type winding, phosphorus bronze adjustable brands and open type welding.
