RCC/Hume pipes are used for:

The RCC Hume Pipes are manufactured as per Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS) No.458:2003 in size varying from 150mm to 1800mm dia. These pipes are manufactured with socket & spigot ends and also with collar joints. Various kinds of pipes are manufactured like–Pressure Pipe: P1, P2 & Non Pressure pipe: NP2 class, NP3 Class & NP4 class pipes (heavy duty) mainly used below the rail track and National highway for state highways & major district roads, culverts etc.
Our reinforced cement concrete pipes can carry huge loads. The overloads can cause hairline cracks but they heal themselves through a process called autogenous healing.

AC Pressure Pipes are being used in our country for more than 50 years. These pipes are made from a mixture of imported asbestos fiber & Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) compressed by steel rollers to form a laminated material of great strength & density.

• These pipes have a smooth internal surface & they will have more or less, constant water carrying capacity throughout their life.
• They are not affected by electrolytic corrosion.
• These pipes are light when compared to cement, PSC, MS, CI or DI pipes.
• They can cater to working pressure upto 12.5 kg/cm2 Holes can be drilled in these pipes, thus tappings can be made
• These pipes are generally jointed by cast iron detachable (CID) joints or by asbestos cement couplings
• Because of their corrosion resistance, smooth flow characteristics & suitability for the range of pressures, these pipes are mostly used in water supply. They can be used for rising mains as well as distribution mains

Presently, we are manufacturing AC Pressure Pipes & Couplings in sizes of 80mm to 200mm in Class15. We manufacture these pipes in lengths of 4 meters as per IS-1592:2003 Our "SUPER" Brand AC Couplings are manufactured to our design suitable for our pipes, and these couplings are supplied with 3 rubber rings conforming to IS:5382 & IS:10292. We also supply CID Joints complete with nuts & bolts and rubber rings with ISI mark.
