We have got a modern state of art manufacturing facilities with proper jigs and fixtures and other tools for reconditioning the nippers.
All the nippers which are reconditioned are tested in a simulated test port specially designed to check the sturdiness of nippers by applying torque load and fulcrum load acting on the nippers while running on higher speeds (300NPM to 450NPM).
Further er can offer pressure die casted nippers for Rieter E-60, E-62, E-65, E-66 combers and LMW’s LK-54, LK-64 combers as spare nippers, on a nominal charge basis when your nippers are dismantled and sent to us for reconditioning purpose. In view of this unnecessary stoppage of your comber and production loss is avoided.
