Ltd. – An ISO 9001-2008 Unit, as it is known to day by a very young entrepreneur, an engineer by profession - Mr.C.K.Mukund, at a very small place in Tarabaugh Estate in Charni Road, Mumbai, having rich experience in the field of design and manufacture of Current & Potential Transformers and also various Testing Equipments.
The Company has developed in-house technology, successfully designed/produced many products as per requirements of various Industries, Electricity Boards as well as indoor and outdoor switchgear industries confirming to Indian and International Standards.

Located at Plot No.33, MIDC, Marol , Andheri East, Mumbai, works is equipped with all facilities for manufacturing Current & Potential Transformers , other special type of Transformers and Testing Equipments.

The Company is one of the leading manufacturers of HT CTs./PTs. indoor dry type as well as outdoor oil cooled type. The Instrument Transformers manufactured have been type tested by institutes such as CPRI,ERDA, IDEMI. which has the acredition from NABL .
