Cremators are all designed with solid refractory hearths to suit both animal carcass and offal applications. Robust construction and high quality refractories ensure long and reliable product life.

Burners
Fully automatic oil, gas or dual fuel burners are fitted to all units, providing primary and secondary combustion via temperature controls.

Controls
Each unit is package designed, pre-wired, having a main control panel housing, temperature control, burner switches, mains isolator, fan switch, etc.

Chimneys
Are available upon request, either self-supported or guy-rope supported single or multi flue chimneys.

Special features
Can include winch mechanism through unit for loading large carcasses, automatic process timer, ram loader. Extended secondary combustion chamber for longer retention times.

Crobor consisting of extremely hard crystals of chromium boride is the ultimate wear-resistant material available for fighting abrasion, erosion and cavitation. In hardness, it is next only to industrial diamond. Its high hardness, alloy chemistry and needle-like structure enables even very thin overlays to fight the severest wear conditions.

In the process of fusing Crobor, secondary Fe carbides combine with chromium boride to form Fe borides. This gives an extra hard and wear-resistant layer.

For disinfection of bio-medical waste, particularly the infectious type, Autoclaves are manufactured by us in technical collaboration with B.I.M.E. GmbH and HW-U, GmbH.

These equipment are of modular design. The autoclaves work on the vacuum / steam principle. This process is widely used internationally and is regarded as reliable and economical.

Correct disinfecting or sterilization can only be guaranteed if the saturated steam atmosphere used contains no residual air. The sterilization of porous objects e.g., surgical dressings or objects with hollow areas (tubes, petri-dishes, etc.,) requires an extremely low presence of residual air to ensure that the hot steam works both rapidly and correctly.

VOC emissions:

Next to natural processes, VOC emissions result from vehicle emission, fuels, petroleum products and chemicals. They are generated in modern manufacturing industries and food production. Prime examples of VOC generation are spray painting rendering process and chemical production.

Generator of VOC:
Any manufacturing process which gives off an odour is a generator of VOC.

Problems arising from the generation of VOC:

  • VOCs in combination with nitrogen oxides are responsible for ground level ozone and smog. Both have an impact on health and environment. Children, the elderly and people with respiratory illness are particularly at risk.
