Quality Policy / ProcessesAt HAFIZIA quality control is a vital part of the production process that helps us stay ahead in business. Towards this commitment, we have ensured that a substantial part of our production is undertaken in-house, under strict quality guidelines. For all outsource processes, we have a team of quality control experts who constantly monitor and check the output. Hafizia shall strive towards extreme quality products and delivery with in schedule time to achieve higher customer's satisfaction. We shall consistently strive towards optimum productivity through intelligent and enlightening teamwork, maintaining positive work culture and by involving all our employees, large family of customers, suppliers and business associates. Hafizia shall endeavor for zero defects by incorporating the concept of “ DO IT RIGHT FIRST TIME ”. We shall ultimately move towards total quality management by continuous training of our employees, with an attitude directed towards continuous striving for improvement. Infrastructure Dyeing
We have our own dyeing unit, which includes cabinet type yarn dyeing with a capacity of 3 MT per day. This complete in-house facility assures superior quality dyeing for yarns.
Weaving
HAFIZIA has tied up with a network of nearly 3000 looms in the textile centers of Sitapur and Barabanki for uninterrupted supply. They include frame handlooms, pit looms, Jacquard looms and Dobby looms.
Packing
HAFIZIA has a dedicated packing unit with 12000 sq. meter area. Our facility has the capability of providing customized packaging for each buyer, as per specifications and desired labels, stickers, tags and so on.
