Haiger Refrigeration (P) Ltd. is an ISO 9000 certified Chinese Multi National Company. The company has its production facility spread over 20,000 m2 of land in Shanghai with own advance manufacturing and detecting system including the biggest laboratory of testing the bus air conditioner with major in research & development , manufacturing of Large & middle size bus air conditioner equipments. The Company has invested up to 30 million USD in total. and is the second largest group in China in Automobile Air Conditioning. It manufactures around 18000 bus air conditioning units per annum and is the biggest supplier of bus air conditioner to KINGLONG CHINA.

Haiger has acquired ISO 9000 certification for its manufacturing process in September, 2001.

The company's Quality Management System for its manufacturing plant successfully completed the audit and certification process developed by the International Organization for Standardization. These ISO standards facilitate the world-class exchange of goods and services and are a standardized framework for building, operating and documenting a quality management system. Required periodic audits and inspections from an outside firm ensure the quality system is maintained properly and allows for ongoing improvements in every facet of the company. Haiger views ISO 9000 certification as recognition of its commitment to the highest standards of quality, aesthetics and craftsmanship.

Service before sale
The Company staff & bodybuilder factory technician will work so that the best of the design could be made and the company will provide all the necessary document & drawing for installation.

Service during sale
The Company will supply all set of quality control manual of installation Process and Implement the installation points check system to ensure installation quality.

Service after sale
The Company has an excellent service team and through the proposed service network the service will we provided all over the India.

Training
The Company will provide the professional training to the related person of the end Users, in order to meet the goal of proper design, installation, running and maintenance.

Warranty Terms
Basic unit is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of dispatch. Warranty covers parts and labor only. Manufacturer is not responsible and will not be held liable in contract or tort (including negligence) for any special, indirect or consequential damage caused to vehicles, content or persons, by reason of the installation or use of any Haiger product or its mechanical failure

Infrastructure

Haiger is coming to Indian markets with it's factory getting operational in Himachal Pradesh (at Baddi) which is in a spread area of about 2.5 acres of land, it is the first ever bus air conditioner manufacturing plant by an MNC in India. The company will be coming up with Service stations all over India
