The new Five Roller Coater developed by Hansa for printers can coat boards of 150 GSM and above. The coater comes with a manual feed and also a stacker. The coating thickness can be varied from 2.5g - 5g per sq. m by adjusting the pressure. The roller coater has a specially designed and manufactured 3 phase AC pump for pumping the varnish.

The coater also has a digital infrared counter for counting the boards and a system  to prevent UV coating where the pasting gum is applied on the board. This machine can be directly attached to UV curing equipment and can be made according  to the width of your board (24", 28", 30", and 40"), & has an output of 3000 sheets per hour.

We manufacture hot air drying ovens in which we have developed recycling of hot air back into the chamber which is sealed for considerable saving of electricity.

This drying system is attached on a label printing press with UV Lamps. This UV system has a shutter mechanism which operates with pneumatic cylinder. When the paper stops, the shutter operates & the power of the lamp goes to half power.
