UV & IR Equipments

Hansa's UV Curing System is suitable to be placed on almost every kind of printing machine. It consists of an aluminium box with air-cooled UV lamps. It has a very small multi-elliptical reflector with very good focusing at different distances, to fit every type of mechanical construction.

The new Five Roller Coater developed by Hansa for printers can coat boards of 150 GSM and above. The coater comes with a manual feed and also a stacker. The coating thickness can be varied from 2.5g - 5g per sq. m by adjusting the pressure. The roller coater has a specially designed and manufactured 3 phase AC pump for pumping the varnish.

The coater also has a digital infrared counter for counting the boards and a system  to prevent UV coating where the pasting gum is applied on the board. This machine can be directly attached to UV curing equipment and can be made according  to the width of your board (24", 28", 30", and 40"), & has an output of 3000 sheets per hour.

We have with us a range of IR lamp assemblies that are designed and developed using latest technology. This equipment is mainly used for thermal curing of inks like legend printing on PCB and also for drying PVC stickers. Available in different specifications, these assemblies can also be customized to suit the variegated needs of the clients.

We have attached many offset press like Heidelberg, Komori Sakurai and Atma screen printing machines with UV 3 Lamp. Our UV 3 lamps are known for their performance and also help in the better functioning of screen printing machines. Easy to install, these are also available as per the requirements of the clients.

We have attached over UV, IR and Hot air to many offset printing presses. For High pile or low pile delivery we can attach over UV, IR, hot air for UV Varnish or for Aqua Varnish.
