3F Screen And Decker Thickener
The 3F screen and decker thickener offered by us is used to remove the foreign materials like long, narrow and flat heavies and the light weight contaminants like plastic pieces and corks. The screen and decker thickner is consists of middle body, bearing body, bed bar, accept stock outlet, high pressure back water pump, setting tank / junk removal tank and floating stock outlet. Tested on the parameters of durability and dimensional accuracy, it offers consistent operation with maximum operating speed. The machine is also customized as required by the client.

The agitators are used for the shaking the pulp for the perfect blending of chemicals. A stainless steel impeller is fitted on a shaft supported with heavy duty bearings in the agitator.
The digestor is used for the cooking of agricultural residue to make pulp. Made out of thick plate of mild steel in spherical shape mounted on big gear for driving supported by side shaft.

The formers dryvat offered by us is made of cylindrical mold fitted with dryvat. The formers are used to create a uniform sheet on wire mesh. The blended stock is pressed between the slice lip and cylinder mold and passes through a throat into the forming zone. Centri cleanrs are used to remove heavy particles from pulp slurry. These centri cleaners consist of S.S. 304 plate with tangential inlet and one vertical outlet, the header and centri cleaners are supported on a M.S. stand.
