The Bi nip press offered by us is the part of the press section of paper machine where paper sheets are given surface treatment to give them special qualities. The press is loaded with 3 zone suction roll and  is fabricated using stainless steel frame with loading levers. It is fitted with stainless steel showers with specially designed nozzles and pneumatic loading/unloading arrangement. The nip press is appreciated for strength and surface properties, it reduces steam usage with less paper breaks and is suitable for high speed writing and printing above 300 meter/ minute.

We offer head box and paper machine headbox that are widely used in various applications in cement and paper industries. Manufactured using quality steel and aluminum, the head box is durable, reliable and rust proof. It provides efficient working. The inside area is easily accessible for cleaning and it is also loaded with tapered flow header for the uniform velocity conditions. We manufacture a wide spectrum of high speed rewinder that complies with the industry standards. The product is used for cutting and rewinding papers as per the requirement of clients. Heavy-duty rewinders are used for trimming and rewinding of paper web in the required reel size. The maximum operating speed is up to 1000 MPM and it is driven by DC/AC variable speed drive.

We manufacture a wide range of precision-engineered pope reel, paper pope reel and paper machine pope reel that are designed on the principle of friction winding of paper. The product is fabricated using quality SS/MS and is capable of withstanding required nip pressure. It is further provided with doctoring arrangement. The primary grab arm of the reel is pneumatically/ hydraulically loaded and tilted hydraulically/ mechanically with manual operation.

Our range of precision engineered pulpers mill machinery are manufactured at par with international standards. Our product range includes pulpers mill machinery and paper pulpers. These have rotor mounted on bearing body along with belt driven systems with flat pulleys. The bearing body is VAT bolted and VAT is supported on 3 to 4 legs. VAT contains 3-4 numbers of bottom shaped baffles that enhance optimal circulation. Pulpers have discharge holes that are equipped with pneumatic pulp valve.

Tested on the parameters of durability and dimensional accuracy, the part can withstand pressure and heat. We also provide customization as per the requirement of client.
