The single lane packaging machine "FK 10" is a vertically operating fully automatic forming, filling & sealing machine for the production of very small tubular shaped bags(stick packs). The machine processes flexible, composite films (filter paper)from the flat filter reel. In a sequence of single operation, the film is pulled by the help of the motor via draw down belts, while in horizontal motion it forms a tubular shape & is sealed lengthwise. Further it performs the filling of the product & does the final upper vertical sealing & gets detached.
