• The drum heaters are like mobile ovens, which are heated by flexible surface heaters made from imported Ni chrome 80/20

• One can remove the contents of the drum by complete melting and then removing as a liquid, or they may be melted only at the surface touching the drum walls, and removed later as a solid block by tilting the drum

We are engaged in manufacturing and exporting tray dryers, which are double walled. The inner and outer body is manufactured using thick mild steel sheet mounted on a rigid steel framework. Fiber glass insulation provides thermal insulation, as well as fills the gap between the two walls. We also provide these tray dryers with air inlet, adjustable air outlet, self locking insulated door with asbestos gasket, and other accessories. These can be customized on the basis of raw material used and are also available with stainless steel chamber, trolley and others.

• Outer body is made of thick mild steel
• Furnace is lagged with ceramic wool and hysil blocks for insulation
• Heating elements are made of Kanthal A1, made into spirals and inserted through the refractory holes provided on all 4 sides of the chamber
• The safety electronic fuse cuts off the power supply when the chamber temperature rises above set temperature, thus saving the heating element from burning off
• On the right side top of the furnace, a Control box is fitted that is made of mild steel
• It consists of indicating lamps, On/Off switch
• Contactor, fuse and digital temperature controller
• Cr/Al thermocouple sensor
