LOAD PIN
With the help our advanced manufacturing facilities, we provide a wide assortment of load pins.
Our range of HE-7510 pin load cells is applicable in the areas where large bolts or pins would generally carry the load.
It will include clevis pins, shackle pin, and pulley shafts.
These load pins are made from heat treated stainless steel and is appropriate for food industry and harsh corrosive environment.
Load pin is offered with slot for keeper plate for anti rotations, load directions and retaining purposes.
It has a double ended shear beam axle design. The model 7510 is used for the applications such as:
- Elevator
- Hoist and Crane load monitor
- Rope/cable tension measurement by inserting as D-shackle pin
- Tow bar connection, Conveyer belt
In order to monitor the load, clevis pin, roller shafts and pulley can be replaced by the load pins. The salient features of our range are as follows:
- Complete environmental protection-IP65 class
- Standard output 1.0 mV/V available.
- Hardened stainless steel construction can be provided as per customers required dimensions.
