| Quality Assurance Quality is an integral
part of our establishment and for achieving superior quality for our
range; we strictly follow recognized quality control policy in our
firm. From the procurement of raw material for production till the
dispatch of range, our quality inspectors makes sure that everything
meet the guidelines of our policy. After the production,
each load cell is individually tested and calibrated. We ensure that
each cell meet or exceed rigid electrical and mechanical
performance tests, before it is released for service. Also, each
load cell (duly electroless nickle plated) is tested to its full
rated capacity, and in most instances, to its over rated capacity.
On the basis of the
following parameters quality inspectors conduct quality checking:

| Our Modern Manufacturing Unit We
have a modern manufacturing unit, which assists us in developing our
assortment of load cells and others within the deadline. The
manufacturing unit is spread over an area of 1000 square feet with an
installed capacity of 1000 units. Our advanced semi automatic
machines help us to carry out production at the minimum cost. |
