We offer two levels of training. The beginners or hobbyists can learn the basics of what are herbs, their uses, how they are grown in farms, gardens or homes and from where to obtain seeds/plants and other inputs. Demonstrations and practical tips are also provided. These are overnight (2 days) programs and can be organised for a minumum of 20 and a maximum of 40 participants. The serious farmers, both, established and new, can learn the technical as well as commercial aspects of organic farming of herbs. In these programs we cover soil preparation, seeds, nursery, irrigation, de-weeding, hoeing, manures, pest control, harvesting, processing, storage, marketing, certification processes etc. Experts in different areas are included in the faculty. These are 7-15 day residential courses with real life, hands-on training. Minimum participants required is 10 and maximum is 40.

These programs cover fundamentals of healthy and natural living. The focus is on prevention of disease through appropriate mix of diet, exercise, rest and attitude. Natural methods and practices for healing are also discussed and demonstrated. Since these programs are held at CampHarit, the participants reap the benefit of clean air full of oxygen and enriched by the aroma of the herbs growing there. Fresh herbs and organic food from the farm accelerate the process. Participants can also take the benefit of AayurMed Health Spa therapies. Specially designed programs to learn techniques to cope with the stress of daily life. The programs focus on exercises, attitudes and lifestyle. These programs can also be conducted at your premises. Outdoor training exercises to inculcate the spirit and practice of team-play amongst members of groups. These programs use established and tested activities and games to achieve the objectives without talking about the subject. Thus the participants are not conscious and guarded. The results are discussed at the end of the day so that the participants carry the message with them into everyday life. Similar to the Team Building programs, we can also tailor Trust Building exercises, where individuals shed inhibitions, overcome egos and learn to trust others. This is relevant in all situations involving interpersonal relationships, whether they are families, offices, factories, or any other organisations. You can learn theory and practice of Yoga, Pranayams and Meditation in these 1-2 week camps. Experts in different areas will guide the groups. For advanced training, 2-4 week courses can be organised, where more dynamic and powerful practices such as Mudras, Bandhas, Kriyas etc are practiced.
