Our MentorOur sansthan work under the direction of Hari Singh Bhupesh, who did his bachelors in engineering and later on, entered in to the field of yog teaching. He joined Adhyatma Sadhna Kendra, where he learned therapeutic yog as well as different types of yog. He has also acquired the knowledge of Vippassana by world known guru Satyanarayan Goenka.
He has also taken training from Baba Ram Dev (Patanjali Yog Peeth, Haridwar) and is in constant touch with him that further guide him to get an in depth knowledge about life and body sciences. Hari Singh works with the motive to establish peace and make people know that Hindu, Muslim, Sikh or Buddhism are not religions. Real religion is loving humanity, which calm down everything and silence is observed around that results in the betterment of whole world.

NewsThe Times of India -Breaking news Patenting yoga: 23 May 2007, 0011 hrs IST, PURNIMA SHARMA, TNN. After Bikram Choudhury applied for a patent on doing yoga in a steam room, the issue has led to a fair amount of heartburn. Yoga experts and practitioners here are livid about this. Says Hari Singh Bhupesh who has been teaching yoga for the past three decades, "How can anyone even think of patenting yoga? It's a big mistake, because a real yogi would like his yog to spread to as many people as possible." Talking about Choudhury in particular, he says, "By patenting it, this man has made it clear that he's interested only in money, not yoga. He's got diverted from the real purpose of yoga, which works towards making you independent and still binding you with people." To Bikram's claim of doing yoga in a high-temperature steam room, Bhupesh says, "He seems to be going against our scriptures that prefer yoga done in open, fresh air."
