The process provides an opportunity for future owners to see the quality materials and disciplined approach to construction from Harmony that forms the foundation of their new home. It is also a chance for the buyers to enjoy and savour the experience of watching a dream take shape and become a new home.

The process involves a Pre-Construction Meeting where the home buyer is guided through the details and the entire building process and answer any questions regarding the construction.

During the process of construction the buyer can inspect the inner workings, view its quality components and verify optional features that have been selected. Before the Home is handed over the Harmony Service Representatives conduct a rigorous quality control check to ensure everything is in proper working order and up to quality standards.

The home is then finally handed over to the owner after a room-by-room tour to demonstrate the quality features and operating procedures.
