SPECIFICATIONS:

• The unique and compact design of this machine makes it user friendly for operators, with all operations inline from feed in hopper to the final finished capsule.
• Consisting of belt conveyor having food grade belt on which the capsules are travelled and inspected minutely and are further travelled to the polishing chamber having filter cloth along with spiral Nylon Brush, through which capsules are travelled and polished to get a high glossy finish.
• During polishing process the powder above the capsules is sucked and collected in Dust Collector.
• All the above operation are controlled with variable speed drive to meet production requirement.
