Venturi Scrubber
We offer an industrially apt assortment of venturi scrubbers that are used to reduce the contamination level of flue gas in any industry where the concentration of particulate matter or gaseous pollutant is high. Having the ability to remove both particulate matter and gaseous pollutant up to 99%, these venturi scrubbers scrub the flue gas at high speed and pressure thereby dropping the gas velocity at the separator.

These high performance systems are constructed using varied types of raw material depending on the composition and temperature of the flue gases entering the system. If the flue gases are rich in SOx and NOx then high-grade stainless steel such as SS-316 is used. High Pressure Reservoirs

Having a Capacity of 3 & 5 gallon these reservoirs are offered in two versions i.e. welded ellipsoidal head and flanged removable bottom head for ease of internal cleaning.

Decanter Centrifuge Vessel
We offer a precision-made range of decanter centrifuge vessels that can perform feeding, separating, washing and discharging in sequence and are suitable for separating the materials with their solid density larger than their liquid density. These horizontal solid-bowl scroll discharge sedimenting centrifuge vessels can be continuously operated at their full-speed without deteriorating production capacity. Provided with suspension with solid phase particle size of 0.005- 15mm, consistency of 1-40% and maximum temperature of 100°C, these vessels find application in the chemical industry, light industry, pharmacy and food industry as well as environment protection.

These vessels require the following basic conditions for application:

  • The materials to be separated should be solid-liquid intermixture such as suspension, not emulsion.
  • There must be a certain differential which big in 0.06g/cm3 density between all the phases composing suspension or intermixture.
  • The suspension concentration should be 1-40%.
  • The partial size of solid phase should be 0.005-15mm
  • The work temperature in the process of separating should be 100°C.
  • Appropriate viscosity
  • Used for dewatering of solid phase, clarification and separation of liquid phase, liquid-liquid-solid three-phase separation and size-grading

The centrifuges which have drum diameter below 600mm are capacitated with a separating rotational speed of above 3000r/min, separating factor of above 2500 and length-diameter ratio of up to 5.2. The highest rotational speed of LW245x980-N can reach 5400r/min with the separating factor of above 4000.

The decanter centrifuge series with diameters of 245,380,450,520,650,720 and 1120 (mm) are all designed according to the latest fluid theory and with reference to the advanced structures abroad.
