Nickel Based Alloys
We offer a comprehensive range of nickel based alloys which are sourced from reliable and trusted partners in the industry. Our premium quality of nickel based alloys are available in various shapes and sizes. Our nickel alloys are used in chemical, petrochemical, medical and various other industries. Some of our range comprises of the following:
 | Monel Alloy We offer monel alloys and nickel alloys which are widely used in areas where corrosion resistance and heat resistance properties are essential. Some of the areas to which our monel alloys and nickel alloys cater to comprises of the following:
- Medical applications
- Nuclear power systems
- Aircraft gas turbines
- Steam turbine power plants
- Chemical and petrochemical
Nickel alloys are available as low-expansion alloys, electrical resistance alloys, soft magnetic alloys and shape memory alloys. Some of the salient features of our nickel and monel alloys are as follows:
- Withstand high temperature (760°C)
- Corrosion resistance
- Low expansion rate
Nickel alloys are available in following ranges:
- Cu-Ni alloys containing 2 to 45% Ni
- Ni-Cr-Al alloys containing 35 to 95% Ni
- Ni-Cr-Fe alloys containing 35 to 60% Ni
- Ni-Cr-Si alloys containing 70 to 80% Ni
- Ni-Cr alloys containing 65 to 80% Ni with 1.5% Si

Inconel Alloy Our qualitative inconel alloy belong to the austenitic nickel-based super alloys. We source inconel alloy from trusted partners and supply to clients based in industries such as gas turbine blades, seals, and combustors as well as turbocharger rotors and seals, high temperature fasteners, chemical processing and pressure vessels, heat exchanger tubing, natural gas processing with contaminants such as H2S and CO2, firearm sound suppressor blast baffles, and Formula One exhaust systems.
Some of the salient features of our inconel alloy are as follows:
- Temperature resistance
- Anti-corrosive
- Extreme oxidation resistance
As Inconel retains strength over a wide temperature range it is widely used for high temperature applications where aluminum and steel could not be used. |
