Model HVW-150/80 Washing System
 
Our range of washing machine with the model HVW-150/80 provides three air washes and four water washes and one silicon. It also provides absolute flexibility with user for washing cycle.

Following is the operation of our range:

• Containers feed from the decartoning station (optional) are received on a unscramble through Visual Inspection Unit (optional).
• An infeed worm inverts container to neck down position and feeds them through a specially designed indexing device.
• The device carries the container forward and stops.
• Nozzles carrier enters into the container and activates the jet of water / air.
• The air / water flow is deactivated after the washing cycle is over.
• Device indexes the vials for next wash.
• A separate pumping station (optional) gives the right quantum of water at the desired pressure.
• In the absence of separate pumping station we can provide the recirculation & siliconisation system on Request.
• Washed containers are inverted to neck upward position to collect in trays / directly feed to tunnel.

Model HVW-120 Washing System
Our model HVW-120 washing machine offers four water washes and three air washes. It is completely flexible for washing cycle. Some of the essential applications are:

Operation:

• The containers received on an unscrambler through Feeding Tray (manual) inverted to neck down position by an infeed worm which travels through guide-rail with the nylon rollers continuously.
• The fixed nozzles under the guide rail washes container with continuous flow.
• The pumping station provides the water at the desired pressure
• The washed containers are again inverted to neck upward position to collect in Tray or directly feed to tunnel.
