Automotive Electric Assemblies Our electrical and electromechanical assembly services provide board-level assembly, chassis, rack panel wiring, and front panel assembly. Infrastructure Product Development Our this unit is responsible for designing, prototyping & production. We have a state-of-art Tool Room equipped with CAD/CAM facility, CNC milling machine & basic machinery for manufacturing of new moulds. Product Manufacturing Our Plastic Injection Moulding machines have range from 50 to 360 Tons & are Microprocessor Controlled. We offer technical injection moulding solutions for both thermoplastic and thermoset materials. Product Testing We are equipped with state-of-the-art testing equipment that are used to assure our product quality. Our tools include profile projectors which are imported from Nikon, Japan, precision based Tensile testing machines and Izod impact testing machines. Tensile testing machines has a capacity of 0-250 Kg.sq.cm. and Izod impact testing machine has a capacity of 0-1.43 Kg.m. respectively. We also have Hardness(shore A)testers of TSE make. The capacity of these testing machines is 0-100 Shore-A. |
