Our range of Pioneer-32 Super Folder Web Offset Printing Machine engineered using finest quality raw material is a heavy duty folder intended to achieve perfect folding up to 32,000 CPH based on 1:2 jaw type principle. Designed in compliance with international quality standards our range offers:

• Dynamically balance R.T.F. Roller, Cutting Cylinder & Jaw cylinder Electronic/mechanical copy counter
• Oil bath lubrication for drive gears

Configuration for printing:

• 12 page broadsheet newspaper with 6 pages in four color and 6 pages in black & white
• 16 page broadsheet newspaper with 4 pages in four color, 2 pages in two color and 10 pages in black & white (as shown)
• 16 page broadsheet with 2 pages in four color and 8 pages in two color and 6 pages in black & white (as shown)
