Available with Rotary Cam Stream Feeder, our machine ensures smooth and safe paper feeding. Sheets separated from the back of pile are lifted by two suckers provided. The Gears Fabricated using alloy Steel these gears are hardened ground to offer long life. The appropriate involute profile ensures noise less and perfect motion of all the three cylinders Delivery Unit The Chain delivery by means of three gripper bars facilitates easy printing on art paper & duplex board. The Printed sheets are softly & evenly jogged at all the speeds. Transparent delivery unit permits close inspection of sheets while running. Front Plate Loading The Plate Mounting system in use is the most simple and also trouble free, with master & plates loaded from the front side of the machine. This enable single operator to operate the machine without difficulty. Efficient Inking & Superb Dampening The 13 Rollers inking unit is provided with a roller ink train with necessary oscillators and form Rollers. This ensures the ink to gets well grinded before reaching the plate/mester. The 4 rollers in dampening system make it equal in response to inking system. Plate dampeners are easily adaptable to suit the prerequisite of all kind of jobs. Universal Suction Feeder The Universal Suction Feeder system is employed to enhance accurate and feeding of various paper stock and size. The Conveyor belts with front runners ensure smooth feeding of paper along with reduce wastage.
