Our infrastructure set up is segregated into various departments such as in-house designing unit with CAD/CAM facility, manufacturing unit, quality assurance laboratory and research and development wing. Spread over an area of 1000 square feet, it assists us in manufacturing 1000 units on a monthly basis. The unit is equipped with various machines including:

We also have coreless induction melting furnace with crucible capacity up to 1000 Kgs. It is supported with water cooled moulding facility & bloom cutting equipment up to 9” diameter.

The extrusion press of 900 MT force capacity is supported with online display monitor & allen broadly PLC controls (copper & copper base alloy) through the process of extrusion of metals for products. The cold process draw benches available with us have varied pull load capacity including 40MT, 20MT and 10MT.

Capitalizing on the aforesaid machines, we can offer our product range in various capacities such as copper bus bar up to 2000mm² with width capacity up to 150mm. In addition, seamless tubes of copper brass & cupronickel is made available in dimensions ranging from 65mm OD and 3mm wall thickness to 8mm OD and 0.50mm wall thickness or 21/2 X 10g to 8mm X 25g.

We also have well equipped packing and forwarding department for packing & dispatching the goods in prescribed packing pattern, in given time frame. Packing of the ordered products is done with quality packing material as per client's given specifications. Further, we also have transportation facility which assists in ensuring timely delivery of the consignment at client's end.
