| Guar gum is one of the most efficient water thickening agent known. It is white to creamy coloured, free flowing powder, free from extraneous matter. Guar gum is a non ionic polysaccharide based on the milled endosperm of the Guar bean (leguminous seed cyamposis tetragonaloba).Guar gum undamaged by bleaching or thermal degradation and are available in several granulation and viscosity ranges. |
Galoman Gum |
|
Guar gum is one of the most efficient water thickening agent known. It is white to creamy coloured, free flowing powder, free from extraneous matter. Guar gum undamaged by bleaching or thermal degradation and are available in several granulation and viscosity ranges. The average molecular weight of galoman grade is 2,00,000-3,00,000. Application of Industrial grade Guar gum
|
Application Of Galoman Gums Textile Industry |
Average molecular weight of galoman grade - 2,00,000-3,00,000. Application- Guar gum and guar derivatives thicken the dye baths that are used in the printing and dyeing of fibres, fabrics and carpets. The gums control the Rheological of the dye formulations and permit complex multiple dye patterns that are sharp, bright and controlled as to penetration. |

Galoman Gums Application In Paper Industry |
|
Guar gum is as a wet end additive. This means that the gum is added to the pulp suspension just before the sheet is formed on either a foundrinier machine or a cylinder machine. The pulping process, which is designed to remove lignin and there by produce a fibrous celluloid pulp, also removes a large part of the hemicelluloses normally present in the wood. Guar gum replace or supplement the natural hemicelluloses in paper bonding. It is also useful foresheet formation, mulled bursting strength, fold strength, tensile strength, measure of the force required, to pull a fibre from the surface of sheet, machine speed that all parameters are increased and porosity of the paper is decrease. |
Application of Galoman / Guar Gum In Food Industry |
Guar gum acts as a stabilizer, thickener and suspending agent. Even though relatively small percentage is incorporated into a wide variety of foods it performs a function normally requiring a larger percentage of starch or other thickening agents. Examples in cakes, cake icings, bread, Pie fillings, Ice-cream and soft serve products, emulsion type dressings of salad in bottled sauces and canned gravies etc. |

Guar gum in Pharmaceuticals Industries |
|
Guar gum acts as a binding agent, Thickeners, Granulating agent, Improve body, Emulsifying. Guar gum is used as a granulating agent in tableted preparation such as aspirin. Guar gum is an excellent emulsion stabilizer. Guar gum is an excellent gelling agent. The frozen dessert Industry: In Ice-cream and soft serve products. Guar gum has good freeze thaw stability, which is desired property for this field. |
Guar Gum Use In Frozen Dessert Industry |
The use of guar gum makes it possible to maintain uniform viscosity of the product throughout shelf life with only a minimum variation. Guar Gum is used in frozen dessert Industry like in Ice-cream and soft serve products. Guar gum has good freeze thaw stability, which is desired property for this field. |

Guar gum for Effortless Weight Loss |
|
Guar gum is a food additive shown to reduce serum cholesterol. It appears to have positive effects on blood glucose. It helps to loose weight because bulk forming fibers may impart a feeling of fullness, thus help curb appetite. |
Guar Split,Guar gum & Derivatives of Guar Gum |
Products:-Guar gum is one of the most efficient water thickening agent known. In dry storage, Guar gum may be stored virtually indefinitely without spoilage or degradation of properties. The average molecular weight of galoman grade is 2,00,000-3,00,000.Guar gum is a complex natural polymer of mannose and galactose sugars .Guar gum were the first Guar products introduced into the United states to American Industry in 1942, by General Mills, Minneapolis, U.S.A. guar gum has significant technical and economic advantages in the numerous applications in the For Food Grade Gum

Tamarind Gum & Derivatives of Tamarind Gum |
|
Tamarind Kernel Powder is obtained from the seeds of the plant Tamarindus Indica. The tree is usually about 5 meters tall but can also get as high as 25 meters. It stays evergreen without a dry season and is covered with pinnate leaves, pale reddish-yellow flowers and pods. The pods are 3-6 inches long with 8-10 seeds in each. Properties Tamarind Kernel Powder is a polysaccharide consisting mainly of D-mannose and D-galactose units. The powder is odourless and appears creamish white. It has a high capacity of water absorption and can retain a stable viscosity over a broad pH range. Applications Textile Industry It is used as a sizing agent and as a thickener. Grades Tamarind Kernel Powder is offered as both regular and deoiled with particle size of 200 & 300 mesh and viscosity of 10,000 cps (5% concentration). |
Cassia Tora Gum |
Gum Cassia is obtained from the seeds of Cassia Obtusifolia, a plant of the Leguminous family. The name comes from Latin words “obtus” meaning “blunt” and “folium” meaning “leaf.” It is an annual plant and flowers after the Indian monsoon season. Properties Gum Cassia mainly consists of mannose and galactose units. It is a pale yellow powder that is soluble in hot water. It acts as a thickening agent and forms gels with carageenan and xanthan. Applications Air Fresheners It is used in making air freshener gels. Pet Food It is used as a gelling agent, in place of Locust Bean Gum or Carob Gum, in conjunction with Carrageenan for wet canned pet food. Food Additive It is used as a food additive in Japan. Grades Gum Cassia is offered with a low concentration of chrysophanic acid (10 ppm max). |
