High Velocity Burner is producing hot air which can be utilized to dry various coated/painted large vessels and also hot air shall be used for drying of heat exchanger/vessels. On satisfactory completion of the hydro test all water will be drained from the heat exchanger/vessels. The remaining surface moisture & water will be removed by heat drying method by utilizing high velocity burners. High velocity burner will be strategically positioned & introduced to the exchanger through suitable available man ways or nozzle openings. All other openings into the heat exchanger/vessels will be closed with suitable blanking plates, with the exception of one or two openings to facilitate exhaust of the products of combustion. The dew point of air at the inlet & outlet to the assembly shall be measured to complete the drying operation.
